Repairs
We keep a huge stock of electronic replacement parts for all ERO Electronic instruments in our office at St.-Job-in-'t-Goor. Please contact us for an RMA number and we'll give you free of charge an offer for repair (*).
In case we can't repair it, or when the cost would be too high, we'll give you a discount on a new instrument.
We also keep a stock of replacement modules & cards for the Eurotherm 2000 & 3000 series.
In case it's really urgent, we can do a 24h repair or even come on-site.

(*) A transport & handling cost will be charged if you want the defective instrument returned without repair.
